While many approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, and fats, mine takes an alternate route. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and labeling "good" and "bad" foods, I coach my clients in developing a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of unreasonable limitations.
No one diet works for everyone. Every body is different, and as such each person requires a different diet. My goal is to guide you in finding the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.
